About Our Roofing Work in Union City

Our crews handle roof replacement, roof repair, inspections, storm damage repair and gutters on houses across Union City and the towns nearby. The ground around your home gets the same attention as the shingles, from the first tarp over your shrubs to the last pass with the magnet.

A Roofing Company That Thinks About the Yard, Too

Most people remember a roof job by what happened on the ground. They remember the nails in the driveway, the flattened flower bed and the shingle scraps that turn up in the grass a month later. We set up the way we work to avoid all of that. The roof comes first, but how your home looks when we drive away matters to us as well.

Before the first shingle comes off, we talk with you about where the trailer will sit, which doors and windows face the work, and what needs covering. Tarps go over shrubs and along the foundation. Where a load has to cross the lawn, we can lay boards to spread the weight. When old decking has to come up, dust can drift into the attic, so we tell you ahead of time if that is likely and what to move.

We take the same care with materials. Underlayment, flashing at walls and chimneys, starter courses at the eaves and ridge ventilation all disappear once the job is finished. They are also where most roofs fail first. We would rather spend our time getting those details right than talking about them.

How We Run Every Job

  1. 01

Cleanup at the end of each day

We do not leave loose debris overnight. Every evening the crew clears torn-off material, bags the scraps and runs a magnetic sweeper over the driveway, walkways and lawn. If a job runs into a second day, your yard should still be safe to use that night.

  2. 02

    Protection before tear-off

Shrubs, AC units, patio furniture and gutters get covered or moved before any work starts. We ask about pets and play areas so we can keep those spaces clear and closed off from falling material.

  3. 03

    Plain answers about your roof

We photograph what we find and explain it in plain terms. Sometimes a targeted fix is the sensible call and sometimes the roof has reached the end of its life, and we tell you which we believe and why. If a roof inspection turns up years of good service left, you hear that too.

  4. 04

    A final walk with you

When the work is done, we walk the property with you. We check the gutters and downspouts for granules and stray nails and look again at anything you want a closer look at.

Where We Work

We work on homes in Union City and nearby in Yukon, Mustang, El Reno, Tuttle and Bethany. Spring hail and strong wind are part of life in this part of Oklahoma, so much of our work is storm damage repair and roof replacement after severe weather. The rest of the year we handle everyday roof repair and gutter work, all with the same daily cleanup. The Service Areas page has more on where we go.

Talk With Us About Your Roof

Describe the drip in the ceiling, the lifted shingles or the gutter spilling over, and we will explain how we would handle it and what our visit involves. We can also go over how we keep your yard and driveway protected while we work.
